A charming shirt tunic from Pluslavie in cotton jersey. It is a long-sleeved tunic. Fitted at the top and cut in a wide rectangle below the waist. The sides then fall into tails. There is an intermediate seam below the waist. The tunic has been ruched at the front and back, only in the middle. The sides of the rectangle were lined with additional fabric and are therefore closed. There are drawstrings with ribbons at the front and back of the upper side border. These can be worn long (then there are tails at the sides) or gathered together (tied in bows, then the length at the sides is evened out towards the middle) or you can tie the bows together at the back to create a narrower silhouette at the front. So you have 3 ways to wear it with just one tunic :-)

A. Cancellation policy
Introduction
Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor their independent professional activity:
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (Stilecht Mode GmbH, Weißekreuzstraße 18, 30161 Hannover, Deutschland, E-Mail: [email protected]) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case within fourteen days at the latest from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties and functionality.
Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who do not belong to a member state of the European Union at the time of conclusion of the contract and whose sole place of residence and delivery address are outside the European Union at the time of conclusion of the contract.
General information
1) Please avoid damaging or soiling the goods. Please return the goods to us in their original packaging with all accessories and with all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to ensure adequate protection against transport damage.
2) Please do not send the goods back to us freight collect.
3) Please note that the above paragraphs 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
